This is a brand new Clay Smith Solid Flat Tappet Cam for a Big Block Ford (BBF) 429 or 460.
 
The cam # is C-292-8-B
 
It also comes with a set of brand new solid lifters.
 
These we installed for a mock up, but I never finished the engine and I ended up going a different direction.
