This is a billet aluminum 6061 Tiller. It is 5" from the center of the rudder to the center of the heim joints for a dual steering cable set up. 
 
The C channel design for the heim joints utlizes a 1/8" spacer on the top and the bottom of the 1/2" joint, preventing it from binding as the older style tillers did.
